Virtual lessons have allowed me to teach people from all over the world, reconnect with former students, and create a more flexible environment for everyone. Included with the weekly lesson students receive custom videos to practice along with, get lesson materials emailed or texted to them, and can always feel free to give me a call, text me, or send me videos with any questions they may have. In addition to Zoom lessons, I now use FarPlay, which allows us to play together online with near-zero latency, creating an experience just like being in the same room. It's a really fun and exciting new way to learn how to play the guitar."

For over 25 years Mike Desmond has had the privilege of providing private in person guitar lessons to aspiring students throughout Westchester N.Y. and Fairfield County C.T. Now, Mike is sharing that experience with students all over the world by making his lessons available to everyone with virtual lessons.
Private Lessons
How it works:
All ages and skill levels welcome.
Virtual lessons are available on Zoom & FarPlay.
Areas of study include Rock, Jazz, Blues, Funk, Fusion, Improvisation, Composition, Transcription, Theory, Ear Training, and Production.
Students can always call, text, or send me videos with any questions they might have.
Custom videos on subjects covered are also available upon request.
Cancellations:
* I'm understanding of special circumstances that may arise and always try to be as flexible and easy to work with as possible.
24 hours notice is required for any cancellation.
Students are allowed one cancellation per month of study with at least 24 hours notice.
No shows will be charged the full amount of the lesson and will not be given the option for a make up.
Make Up Lessons:
Make up lessons are offered to anyone who gives 24 hours notice of a cancellation.
A maximum of one make up lesson is offered within the same month of study.

1 Hour Lesson - $100
Payment:
Payments are made through Zelle.
Payment is due a the end of each lesson.
